Itchy, inflamed skin from eczema, psoriasis, or hives

Skin Balance

Supports Relief From

Skin Balance is a deeply cleansing formula designed to reduce itching, inflammation, and toxin buildup underlying many chronic skin conditions. Whether you’re managing eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or hives, this formula supports both short-term relief and long-term healing. It helps calm skin flare-ups by clearing internal heat and dampness, promoting circulation, and nourishing blood to encourage tissue repair.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), persistent skin irritation often reflects internal imbalances such as liver heat, blood stagnation, and toxin accumulation. Skin Balance addresses these root causes by purging toxins, cooling inflammatory heat, and harmonizing liver and digestive function—essential for clear, resilient skin.

How It Works Holistically

Skin Balance combines detoxifying herbs like oldenlandia, sweet violet, and Chinese skullcap to clear toxins that inflame the skin. Rehmannia and coptis help cool internal heat, while gentian and bupleurum target liver heat and qi stagnation that often underlie skin inflammation. Rhubarb, senna, and safflower promote elimination through the bowels and blood to purge damp-heat from the system. Finally, dong quai nourishes and rebuilds the blood to support skin regeneration once inflammation is under control.

Together, these herbs work in synergy to break the cycle of toxin buildup, inflammation, and dryness that contributes to chronic skin flare-ups.

When Skin Balance Is Right for You

Skin Balance may be a good fit if you’re struggling with itchy, red, or inflamed skin that doesn't fully respond to topical treatments. It’s particularly helpful for conditions worsened by stress, digestive sluggishness, or heat-aggravating foods. This formula works best when used consistently and alongside a clean, anti-inflammatory diet.

Long-term use may be needed to clear deep-seated toxins and support full skin recovery.

Subtle but Promising Relief

I have eczema and psoriasis, so I’m always on the lookout for new ways to manage flare-ups. These supplements have a very earthy scent, which is expected for an herbal formula. The capsules are small and mostly easy to swallow, and so far I haven’t noticed any side effects. After a couple of weeks of daily use, I’ve noticed slightly less itching and a calmer feel to my skin. It hasn’t been a miracle fix, but there does seem to be some improvement.Since herbal remedies often take time, I plan to finish the bottle before making a final judgment. For now, I’m cautiously optimistic—it feels like it’s gently supporting my skin and overall wellness.

Inside out skin care

This supplement seems really well put together for anyone looking to support their skin from the inside out. It’s packed with herbs like Oldenlandia, Skullcap, Dong Quai, Rehmannia root, and Chinese Rhubarb—things that have been used in Chinese medicine for ages to help with skin. I like that it’s all in one bottle instead of having to juggle a bunch of separate vitamins and supplements. That said I’m sure it’s not for everyone because one thing to think about is that some of the herbs, like Dong Quai, can affect other things in the body like hormones. The capsules are easy to take, just three a day, and with 90 in a bottle, it’s a full month’s supply. It’s marketed to help with things like occasional skin irritation and promoting circulation, so it feels like a more holistic approach than just slapping on creams. We have tried internal skincare products before with success- another reason I wanted to try it. But again, even though it’s a natural formula, it’s always smart to be cautious if you have underlying health concerns.

Seems to be a good quality product.

I've tried a lot of different supplements in the last few months and have always been a doubter on whether they work or not. I have a some allergies that make my skin itch that sometimes can keep me awake at night. I thought I would try this and see if it would help alleviate some of that problem. It hasn't completely gone away but I have only been taking it for a short time and I can tell the slight difference. I haven't taken it long enough yet to know if it's wishful thinking or if it's actually helping. Time will tell. It also claims to help with circulation so we will test it out and see if there's any relief in that category for me too. I have noticed some improvement in that area too. But it's still too early to tell for sure. I will update this review after I've tried the product a little bit longer.

Good quality supplement

Its really difficult to review a supplement as to whether its affective or not. Ive been taking it regularly for about 2 weeks now and I cant say if ive seen any change but I do recognize the benefit of Chinese Herbal medicine.
