Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. All claims and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. At its discretion, Health Concerns may approve returns up to 60 days from purchase for verified practitioner accounts. Products must be unopened, unexpired, and in sellable condition. We are unable to accept opened, used, or temperature-sensitive products.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. Health Concerns does not provide return shipping labels. Credits are issued for the product value only (excluding original shipping charges) and will expire six months from the date of issue.

All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from the original purchase date.
