I have benefited in the past from practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine and the herbal supplements which are offered. I'm pleased to now use this supplement from a well established company with consistent high quality standards. This was a timely order, as I recently injured a hip while splitting logs; a formulation designed to promote blood circulation and joint health should be of help. The capsules are of standard size and have a fresh, mild herbal aroma.

I received these and was anxious to try them but unfortunately they have a sticker over the directions/usage label and that makes me apprehensive to try them. I am a nurse and have a hard time taking something if I can't see the proper dosage instructions. Luckily there are others who have posted the label that I can see and maybe I will decide to go ahead and try them but they should be aware that dosing labels should never be covered. I do like that the bottle was double sealed so it felt like it was safe to take. The capsule are about standard supplement size.
