I've tried numerous supplements and medications, for headaches and migraines. I prefer taking natural products, as medications have so many side effects.This supplement caught my eye, because it contains a great blend of ingredients, that I haven't tried before, and I have to say that I'm really impressed with it.I've been taking one capsule twice a day, between meals. It took a week before I started to notice a difference. It's been a month now, I've continued with the same dose, and it has made a big difference for me, in terms of the frequency and intensity of my head pain.I do have a couple of concerns. I usually only take supplements that are third-party tested for quality and purity, and manufactured in a certified-GMP (good manufacturing practices) facility. There's no mention of these things.Also, the directions on the bottle differ from online. The online description says, take one capsule three time a day, and the bottle says, take 3 capsules three times per day, which seems very excessive. I like to start with a low dose, and work up, to make sure I tolerate it okay.Because I haven't experienced any negative side effects, and it has been working well for me, I'll continue to take this supplement. However, I hope they will be more transparent about their manufacturing process, and the quality and purity of this product.
I feel like I've overdone many over-the-counter pain relievers, including aspirin and ibuprofen. There's a lot to be said for traditional Chinese medicine, especially herbal therapies. I've found these to help with headaches, without any noticeable side-effects. They're easy to take, as are most capsules, and three at a time are a non-issue for me.It's important to me that the lab which tests supplements, herbal remedies, and anything which uses "Lab Tested" in its marketing actually be cited for transparency. Unfortunately, that is not the case with this product.
I've been taking health concerns head-on for a couple of weeks, mostly for sinus pressure and tension headaches. The formula feels gentle and natural—no drowsiness or fog. I like that it combines magnolia, chaste tree, and turmeric. I've noticed less head tightness, especially on stressful days. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven't had any side effects. I plan to continue using it and track how it helps long-term.

Good concept. I suffer from migraines and will try anything to deter them!Normal size pills, easy to swallow, no aftertaste… no real side effects. Can’t say that they fully deter it, but do help! I will continue using these and come back and edit my review should my thoughts change!I do worry about the serving size and usage! 3 is a lot for any supplement, etc.Overall, great product!
