Dizziness, tinnitus, or blurred vision due to rising internal heat

Gastrodia Relieve Wind Formula

Supports Relief From

Gastrodia Relieve Wind Formula addresses symptoms like dizziness, head pressure, tinnitus, blurry vision, and insomnia linked to internal wind and rising liver yang. This formula is frequently used when high blood pressure, neurological tension, or wind-like sensations arise from liver and kidney imbalances.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these symptoms reflect internal wind stirred by excess heat and deficient yin. Gastrodia Relieve Wind Formula helps calm the nervous system, ease muscle spasms, and promote circulation, especially when tension rises upward.

How It Works Holistically

Gastrodia (tian ma) and uncaria (gou teng) are the primary herbs that calm liver wind and relieve tension, dizziness, and spasms. Gardenia (zhi zi) and Chinese skullcap (huang qin) clear excess heat from the upper body. Tonifying herbs like eucommia (du zhong), loranthus (sang ji sheng), and dong quai (dang gui) support the liver and kidneys while nourishing the blood to restore grounding.

This classical formula is especially helpful when yin deficiency allows heat to rise unchecked, causing upward-rushing sensations, blurred vision, or tension in the head and limbs. The inclusion of oyster shell supports calming, anchoring, and heart spirit stability.

When Gastrodia Relieve Wind Formula Is Right for You

Consider this formula if you experience symptoms of hypertension with a red face, tension headaches, light sensitivity, or dizziness after exertion. It's particularly supportive for those with yin-deficient constitutions and nervous system imbalances. Not appropriate for acute colds or flu involving external wind.

Excellent

I don't know how else to describe it except that I feel I'm on more solid footing both mentally and physically. These traditional Chinese Medicine formulations are like magic, and ik very responsive to them. They have to be from a reputable company of course and I find this brand to be one of those.

Health Concerns Gastrodia Relieve Wind - A New Calm

It was a relief to find that my essential tremors had calmed down noticeably since I began taking Health Concerns Gastrodia Relieve Wind. I take three capsules, three times a day, and the capsules have a smooth, solid, uniform color. The change was significant for me, not just in my hands, but also in my voice. When I would do my om chanting, I no longer had to constantly try to control a sustained pitch; my voice sounds very smooth now. I also noticed a difference when placing my foot on my car's brake pedal. I used to tremble, but now I can hold my foot steady. This feels like a big safety improvement for me.

Traditional Chinese Medicine for menopause, hypertension, tinnitus, and other “liver wind” ailments

I started taking this supplement recently and I feel that it has been beneficial for me. I agree with other reviewers that the recommended dosage might be more than is needed depending on your symptoms; I started with one pill a day and adjusted that based on its effect on my symptoms. If you are not familiar with TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) you will want to research it and the included ingredients before using this product. To get the best results, it is important to know exactly what you are treating and why.Overall I am pleased with the quality and applicability of the ingredients to my personal needs.

Recently, a family member began dealing with tinnitus, vertigo, and sleep issues, blurry vision, and a lack of peace. This supplement seems to line up with her concerns. We are just starting out; hopefully she will find some relief. The capsules have a very fresh scent while in the bottle. I appreciate this well established brand and its commitment to high quality products from the approach of traditional Chinese medicine.

Chinese herbal formula that's manufactured in the USA

This is a review of "Health Concerns Gastrodia Relieve Wind – Headache, Dizziness & Liver Support – Chinese Herbal Formula with Gastrodia, Uncaria, Skullcap, & Dong Quai – Blood Circulation Supplement – 90 Capsules"Three capsules provide a single dose for this supplement so one bottle is a single month's supply. They are manufactured in the USA from globally sourced ingredients, but not in a GMP or FDA facility. I seem to tolerate them ok, but can't speak to their effectiveness at this point.
