Decent product, can’t say it has helped my issues after using for a while - but easy to swallow, no aftertaste. I got these to help with my bones and joints, and while I’m not seeing a ton of improvement as of yet I have high hopes! No effects to taking, issues, etc! Good value..
I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks now as part of a broader effort to support my joints and bone health. The capsules are easy enough to take and haven’t caused any stomach issues. I take them between meals, like the label suggests, and haven’t noticed any weird aftertaste or lingering smell.I picked this up mainly because of the strontium. I’ve read a bit about how strontium works differently from calcium, and I wanted something that felt like it was doing more than just filling a gap. I haven’t had any dramatic changes, but I do feel like my knees and elbows aren’t as stiff after long days, and I’ve been recovering quicker after yard work or heavier lifting.The bottle is well labeled and the capsules all were in good shape with no powder on them or broken. I’ll keep using it and see how things go over the next couple of months. So far, it’s been a good addition to my supplement routine.

This joint supplement contains several nutrients for bone building. I have been taking it daily for a few weeks now and so far this product makes my body function better all over. I feel good strength in my bones since taking it as well. This means a lot as I am a physically active person. The size of the capsules is perfect, easy to swallow and feel like they really make a difference in the way my body is responding to them. Great value for the price! No negative side effects.
