I love licorice it's antioxidant benefits. I didn't know astralagus or astra isatis, so had to research bdfore taking this.They are also beneficial and can support my immune system. I don't feel any different physically, but I'm not one to get sick due to colds or viral bugs. If I had to pick when to best use this, for me it would be during the fall/winter season when viral colds are everywhere. The cost is cheaper in Time mostly. Otherwise, steeping a tea of these ingredients would take longer. This option is quick. The gelatin pills are easy to swallow and do not have a taste or bad smell. I like the expiration date on the bottle but these will be completed in 30 days. I like that I've learned more about these herbs which have been used for thousands of years.
