Hot flashes, night sweats, low libido, and mood swings from menopause
Three Immortals
Supports Relief From
Three Immortals addresses a broad range of menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, low sex drive, irritability, insomnia, and mood fluctuations. This formula is especially helpful when symptoms are both physical and emotional, ranging from dryness, fatigue, and sleep trouble to palpitations, mild depression, and hormonal weight gain.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these patterns are typically caused by a combined deficiency of kidney yin, yang, and jing (essence), resulting in the upward disturbance of liver yang and heart fire. Three Immortals nourishes the blood, calms the shen (spirit), and restores balance across multiple systems.
How It Works Holistically
Western studies of the included herbs—such as epimedium, anemarrhena, and dong quai—suggest potential estrogen-modulating effects, improved energy, and thermoregulation. Rehmannia, ligustrum, and lycium are traditionally used to replenish fluids, ease inflammation, and help relieve systemic symptoms like night sweats, sleep issues, and thinning hair. Curculigo and morinda help restore depleted adrenal and reproductive function, supporting libido, vitality, and resilience.
From a TCM perspective, this formula strengthens kidney yin and yang while supporting liver and heart blood. It calms rising yang that manifests as hot flashes or insomnia, and grounds the spirit (shen) when emotional symptoms like irritability or anxiety arise. It is ideal for complex menopausal presentations where both deficiency and heat symptoms coexist.
When Three Immortals Is Right for You
Choose this formula if you’re navigating menopause or perimenopause with both heat symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats) and signs of depletion (fatigue, poor focus, dryness). It’s also helpful in cases of early menopause or irregular cycles with emotional instability, low libido, and feeling “burned out.” Long-term use is typically needed to nourish depleted yin and jing.

Health concerns is a great resource for Chinese medicine products. They offer so many great compositions. I also use the "Health Concerns Nasal Caps 2 Sinus & Nasal Support Supplement – with Xanthium," also ordered from Amazon. I have recently been experiencing a Lupus flare up. I have had terrible night sweats. Don't know if it is an egg chicken scenario with hormones causing flare up. I did not have expectation of immediate results nor do I think others should. I am happy to report than after using for one week symptoms are subsiding. They are not completely resolved but markedly better. I highly recommend this product and brand. The quality is great and well priced in my opinion.
90 normal sized capsules are housed in this bottle declaring 3 daily. I'm going to start with 2 and see how it goes. It will make them last longer. They have a pleasant faint prune-ish scent but I really didn't detect any taste. This is supposed to treat menopausal symptoms, strengthen heart, liver and kidney function while also nourishing the blood. I'm trying it for hot flashes and night sweats. I will come back with an update when the bottle is gone. Hopefully my hot flashes and sweats will be gone too!
I've read reviews and I wanted to give them a try. They have whole medicinal ingredients that I love. However the size of the pills are quite big and having to take 3 isn't exciting but I think the benefits far out weigh everything else so I'm excited to give these a try.
This supplement blends a wide range of herbs rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, aiming to bring balance and comfort during menopause and perimenopause. Dong quai is a standout ingredient, long regarded as a top herb for women’s health due to its ability to support circulation and hormonal balance. Epimedium and morinda are included for vitality and energy, while rehmannia and lycium help nourish the body and provide grounding support. Other herbs like curculigo, anemarrhena, phellodendron, yarrow, licorice, and jujube add layers of balance—working on cooling excess heat, calming the body, and promoting restful transitions. Together, this creates a complex formula that addresses hot flashes, night sweats, and hormone imbalance from multiple angles. The bottle contains 90 capsules, with the recommendation to take it consistently since the benefits often take time to build up. This isn’t meant to be a quick relief option, but rather a steady herbal approach that works over at least 30 days or more. In trying it, I didn’t notice overnight changes, but there was a gradual sense of better regulation with night sweats and overall comfort. Like many herbal blends, its strength lies in cumulative use, and even when benefits aren’t dramatically obvious, the body may still be receiving quiet support in the background. For those looking to navigate menopause naturally, without the side effects of pharmaceuticals, this feels like a thoughtful formula crafted with depth and tradition.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:
