Menopausal heat, dryness, and insomnia from yin deficiency
Great Yin
Supports Relief From
Great Yin helps relieve symptoms of internal heat caused by yin deficiency, such as night sweats, flushing, restlessness, and hot flashes. It offers cooling, nourishing support for individuals experiencing hormonal changes, overwork, or long-term illness.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this formula replenishes kidney and liver yin while clearing heat and subduing deficiency fire. It addresses the root imbalance behind sensations of heat, dryness, and irritability by nourishing the body’s fluid and essence.
How It Works Holistically
Great Yin helps regulate body temperature, reduce hot flashes, and relieve night sweats by restoring moisture and balance to systems taxed by aging, hormonal shifts, or long-term stress. Its ingredients support the body’s ability to cool itself and replenish energy reserves after depletion.
From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, this formula nourishes kidney and liver yin — the foundational fluids that cool and stabilize the body. It also clears internal heat and subdues deficiency fire, helping calm sensations of heat that arise from deep within. This dual approach makes Great Yin especially effective for addressing dryness, restlessness, and fatigue that often accompany yin deficiency.
When Great Yin Is Right for You
Choose Great Yin if you struggle with night sweats, menopausal heat, or deep, lingering sensations of internal heat accompanied by dryness, insomnia, or emotional unrest. It’s especially helpful during midlife transitions or after chronic illness, overwork, or chemotherapy-related depletion.

Ordered this product created by Health Concerns as I am currently experiencing menopause and trying to address its different challenges. Item arrived on time and was securely packaged. What I appreciate about this unique Chinese herbal formulation is that it is a natural way to approach menopause and its symptoms. I do find it a bit challenging to consume three capsules per day which is the recommended dosage. Due to that challenge, it may not be a good fit for me.
I am pre-menopausal but suffer from terrible night sweats. I have tried prescription medications with no relief and wake up every night with damp clothes and sheets. I have tried taking three of these capsules every night, about an hour before bed, and... relief! I feel like five dry nights in a row after weeks and weeks of night sweats is enough data to review.

This formula draws directly from Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, specifically targeting the heat and imbalance that can arise during menopause. It’s designed to ease common symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and that restless internal heat often described in TCM as “deficiency heat.” The botanicals in this blend are chosen to restore balance and calm excess energy while nourishing the body during hormonal transition. Health Concerns is known for producing practitioner-level formulas, which gives some added reassurance about the quality and authenticity of the herbal approach. With 90 capsules per bottle, the serving size of three a day makes this a straightforward one-month supply. It’s not something meant to act like a quick fix; instead, the herbs work more gently and steadily, helping over time rather than providing instant relief. When using it, I noticed some support with nighttime comfort, though it wasn’t an immediate or dramatic change. Like most herbal blends, the benefits tend to be subtle and cumulative, which means consistency is key. Even when results aren’t strongly felt, the underlying nourishment of TCM-based herbs may still be helping the body adapt during the menopausal shift.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:
