The morning counts too

A good night shouldn’t cost you the morning.

  • No melatonin. A herb-based approach to evening calm, built on the classical Chinese formula Ding Xin Wan.
  • Calm, not knocked out. Formulated to help quiet a racing mind so you can wind down — not to sedate you.
  • For the nights you need it. Keep it for the evenings that ask for it, not every night on autopilot.

How to take it.

  1. Keep the evening dose closest to rest

If winding down is the hard part, that’s the dose that matters most.

  2. If one dose is enough, stop there

Take another only when you need it again — not on a timer.

  3. Up to 3 capsules, 3 times a day

With or without food. That’s the ceiling the formula is written for, not a schedule to hit.

A 90-capsule bottle is roughly 10–15 days at the full dose, and considerably longer if one dose is all you need.

Told upfront, not in the fine print

One thing worth knowing before you order.

Individuals with spleen qi deficiency should take Calm Spirit with caution, as loose stools or diarrhea may result. If that phrase means something to you, you already know whether it applies. If not, an acupuncturist or practitioner can tell you in about a minute.

And the ordinary one: if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, talk to your healthcare practitioner before starting this or any supplement.

Rest tonight. Clear head tomorrow.
