Calm Spirit · Modified Ding Xin Wan · 90 capsules

Belongs in a museum. Still in use.

The classical formula behind Calm Spirit, modernized.

Ding Xin Wan is a centuries-old Chinese formula traditionally used to calm the spirit. It never went into a glass case — practitioners still reach for it. Calm Spirit is that formula, in a bottle you can order yourself.

Why old is the point

Most calm products launched last year. This formula is centuries old.

  • It was never retired. Wellness trends came and went; Ding Xin Wan stayed on the practitioner’s shelf.
  • Modernized, not reinvented. The classical nine herbs, plus taurine and gentle magnesium glycinate — that’s what “Modified” on the label means.
  • Made by people who’ve done this since 1984. Health Concerns has made Chinese herbal formulas for practitioners for four decades.

Centuries old. Still earning its place.

How to take it.

  1. Up to 3 capsules, 3 times a day

With or without food. That’s the ceiling the formula is written for, not a schedule to hit.

  2. If one dose is enough, stop there

Take another only when you need it again — not on a timer.

  3. On the days you need it

The loud week, the stretch with no quiet in it. Not a forever-habit.

A 90-capsule bottle is roughly 10–15 days at the full dose, and considerably longer if one dose is all you need.

Told upfront, not in the fine print

One thing worth knowing before you order.

Individuals with spleen qi deficiency should take Calm Spirit with caution, as loose stools or diarrhea may result. If that phrase means something to you, you already know whether it applies. If not, an acupuncturist or practitioner can tell you in about a minute.

And the ordinary one: if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, talk to your healthcare practitioner before starting this or any supplement.

Still in use. Now in yours.

Nine traditional herbs, taurine and gentle magnesium, from a formula Health Concerns has made for practitioners since 1984. No melatonin, nothing to wean yourself off.
