Digestive Immunity Update

It can be challenging in times of viral outbreaks and influenza for practitioners and patients to know how to improve immunity. Despite many media reports there are methods, in addition to diet and lifestyle, to improve immune performance.  One of the techniques, nourishing your digestive system, is often overlooked. Your gut stores 70 percent of the cells that make up your immune system. Breaking down food components, absorbing nutrients, and keeping out toxins are some of the tasks of digestion. In this webinar, we look at the foundation of gut health, how the digestive system works with the immune system, why it is important for optimal immune response. We look at allergy elimination, detoxification, and approaches that nourish both the immune system and digestion. Finally, we look at digestive issues in infections, autoimmunity, and immune deficiency states. Case studies are presented.
