An 18 year old woman with a left ovarian cyst and soreness in her right ovary has gallstones. Gave her GB-6 and she called in today with quite a bit of pain. Doctors gave her medication for pain. Tongue-peeled, red, little coat, weak at gall bladder, kidney meridian. Lots of stress.

It could be that she is about to pass a gallstone which means she might have to be hospitalized. If high level of pain, or jaundice and especially with fever, she should go to E.R. Might want to check with her doctor with regard to other signs that may necessitate an E.R. visit. It could be that she started GB-6 too late for her primary stone but might help dissolve smaller stones. In my experience, it does not cause stones too pass it dissolves them over time (6-12 months). I really don’t think GB-6 could cause pain, might want to try Calm Spirit in addition.
