A woman in her mid 50’s just got off HRT’s, her main complaint is night sweats. I have given her Three Immortals, anything else to help with sweats?

Three Immortals may take 3-4 weeks at full dosage to kick in. You might want to give her higher dosage or add Great Yin. Make sure she is taking 12 plus capsules per day, 2-3 capsules TID/QID. After a few weeks you may be able to reduce the dosage.
