A female patient was involved in a head on collision one year ago. She suffered injury in C6 and C7 spinal disks. Had a spinal fusion in the beginning of August, and the surgery was considered a success. However now she gets severe spasms in her neck and shoulders. She is on a double morphine patch but without relief from pain. She feels better after acupuncture but that doesn’t last. She has taken one round of SPZM and Resinall K topically. Any other suggestions?

At this point I would do SPZM 3-5 TID and Resinall K 1/2 dropper TID plus topically two times per day. Or use SPZM and Channel Flow. If the patient is very weak use SPZM and Marrow Plus.
