For this patient I would use AC-Q (go for muscle and joint pain. You can combine with Astra Essence as she seems very deficient. If you want stronger pain relief and she’s not all that weak consider AC-Q and Channel Flow. AC-Q is a good general base formula with fibromyalgia. Consider Schisandra Dreams or Griffonex 5-HTP at night or Quiet Digestion if digestive problems.
