54-year-old woman has inner ear problem, labyrinth, dizzy. Gave her Nasal Caps 2 for congestion. Any suggestions?

If the Nasal Caps 2 are helping, great! We usually use Clear Phlegm. If heat signs are present add Coptis Purge Fire. If poor digestion, add Six Gentlemen and can add Nasal Caps 2 for decongesting.
