40 year old woman with Osteomyelitis caused by trauma to clavicle. Blood statis, dampness, edema of bone marrow, worst case she will lose bone. Recommendations?

In general, I would use Clear Heat if heat signs and Mobility 2 if there is no heat signs. I would consider Drain Dampness and Mobility 2. May need to use up to 3 capsules of each formula QID.
