30 year old man with mild seasonal depression. Strange sleeping patterns, wants to go to sleep at 4 am and get up at noon. Some panic attacks and hemorrhoids. Using Formula H, but do you have any other suggestions?

I would go with the Formula H plus Calm Spirit now. When the hemorrhoids are better, I would either use Calm Spirit plus Ease 2 (more for liver stress, and anxiety; Ease Plus if normal / constipated), or Calm Spirit plus Aspiration (more for depression).
