20 year old female patient has 3 weeks of heavy period that started at age 14. Controlled by birth control pills. Last 1-1/2 years, she has been receiving Depo-Provera shots. But, starting to get spotting. Any suggestions?

If heat signs, I would consider using Unlocking plus Formula H short term until heat cleared. If cold signs use Postpartum plus Astra Essence (generally good long term approach for this type of client)
