I expected to find things in my cart but it's empty.
Items you put in your shopping cart will remain for thirty minutes.
I received an error message.
There are many things that can go wrong, and we try to anticipate them. Heavy Internet traffic, power failures, broken equipment, programming errors, improperly configured PC software, and more can all cause trouble.
Some errors we can catch, some we can't. We want to know if you're having trouble, so errors are reported automatically to us. Occasionally we can't be notified automatically, and in that case you'll see a page which suggests that you email us, and gives some error information to send us. Please do so, it's the only way we can resolve your problem.
I received a message that the connection is no longer secure.
When you check out, all of the information you enter is encrypted between your computer and our server. No one but us can understand what you enter. When you complete your checkout and continue surfing, you will leave the secure connection behind because it is no longer needed. At that moment, your browser may warn you that the connection is no longer secure, which is normal.
