Note:  Sponsor names and logos will be printed on materials and appear within dinner program provided the information is received by printing deadline dates.  Seating arrangements will be made according to the level of sponsorship, with priority given to highest level sponsors.
 

Other Sponsorship Opportunities:

Special Hosted Reception Sponsor: $1,000
Your company will be the presenting sponsor at our two hour, close of general session hosted reception.  You will have 5-10 minutes to address all those in attendance about your company, brand or product.

Lunch with Andrew Gaeddert: $250
Have a priority seat reserved for you during lunch at Andrew Gaeddert’s table.

Thank You Email Sponsorship: $250
Health Concerns will be sending out a thank you email to all symposium attendees.  You will have the opportunity to send a personal thank you email to the symposium attendees (limited to 250 words), promoting your brand or product. 

SWAG Sponsorship
Promotional materials and product to be included in gift bag.

Gift Bag Sponsorship
Have your logo printed with Health Concerns’ on the HC Symposium gift bag. 

Lanyard Sponsorship
A great promotional opportunity!  Interested in providing lanyards to the HC Symposium?  We’d love that!  You provide the lanyard and your company logo and we will issue them along with name-tags, to all conference attendees and participants.  Your lanyards will receive lots of exposure with symposium attendees and in photo opportunities!
